办理护照时需要携带以下东西：

2、近期正面免冠蓝底光面彩色照片1张，并提交延吉市出入境证件数码相片检测回执一份；

3、居民身份证和户口簿或其他户籍证明的原件及复印件；

4、提交本人所属工作单位，或上级主管单位按照人事管理权限审批后出具的同意出境的证明。
